Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Monon Digital receives through monondigital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at chris@monondigital.com.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we receive:

• Your name and email address.
• Your business name or website, if you choose to add it.
• The project type you select and the message you write.
• A random submission code that stops the same inquiry from being sent twice.

When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

What we do not collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How we use your information

We use your inquiry only to reply to you, discuss your project, and provide any services you decide to purchase. We may keep related records needed for billing, taxes, and other legal obligations.

Who helps us

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and deliver your inquiry. Each one processes information under its own privacy policy.

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the contact form.
• Resend delivers form inquiries to our inbox by email.
• Google Workspace provides our business email, where inquiries are stored.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond, provide services, and keep required business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time. We will do so unless we must keep it for a legal or accounting reason.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email chris@monondigital.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Keeping information safe

This website uses a secure HTTPS connection, and the contact form limits the size and type of information it accepts. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your inquiry.

Other websites

Our project gallery links to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices, and this notice does not cover them.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this notice

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
